Where is my order?
Enter the tracking number from your shipping email. We recognise whether it is a CTT or DPD parcel and take you straight to the tracking page.
Where do I find the number?
In the shipping confirmation email we send when your order leaves our warehouse. You can also see it in your customer account, under your orders.

We ship within 48 hours on working days. In mainland Portugal, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days after shipping.
