A collection for people who like to take their time
Educa, the Spanish brand with more than 50 years of puzzle-making behind it, has refreshed its catalog for 2026 with a clear focus: illustrated images, bold colors and formats for every level, from the 1000-piece puzzle you can finish in a weekend to the 5000-piece mural that keeps you busy all winter. We have received all 15 models and they are in the New for 2026 collection, all in stock. They all include FIX PUZZLE glue and are recommended for ages 14 and up.
Miniature: 1000 pieces in 46 x 30 cm
The Miniature series is the most intriguing new release. These are 1000-piece puzzles that fit on a coffee table, with pieces the size of a fingernail. Two painting classics open the series: Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel and Van Gogh's The Starry Night. They are not for beginners: the tiny pieces call for good lighting and patience, but the framed result is a small work of art. We explain everything in our guide to Miniature puzzles.
Illustrated cities in 1000 pieces
This is the largest group in the collection and the easiest to give as a gift. New York by Car Pintos is a Manhattan street drawn in a cheerful graphic style, by the same illustrator behind Barcelona and Paris. Dreamy Santorini has the blue domes and bougainvillea everyone recognizes. London in Bloom sets hot air balloons over Big Ben at dusk, and Amsterdam Boat Trip cruises the canals between colorful facades. They are all also in the new City and Travel Puzzles collection.
Illustrations with personality
For anyone who wants something other than landscapes: Kawaii Sushi, a Japanese bar where every dish has a smiling face; Retro Glam Salon, a 1950s hair salon in pink and mint; Jellyfish, glowing against a dark background; and Travel Collage, a table covered in tickets, stamps and postcards, the hardest of the 1000-piece puzzles because it has no focal point.
1500 pieces: the long-weekend format
Three models measuring 85 x 60 cm. Cosmic Phases lines up the phases of the Moon over a sunset at sea and is the most decorative piece in the collection. Lovers in Paris shows a couple on a balcony with the Eiffel Tower in the background, the ultimate romantic gift. The Kitsch Notebook Corner is a stationery shelf packed with details.
Large format: 3000 and 5000 pieces
Burano, Italy has 3000 pieces and measures 120 x 85 cm, with the colorful houses of the Venetian island reflected in the canal; each facade has its own color, which helps organize the build. Astrology is the giant of the collection: 5000 pieces and 157 x 107 cm, with the twelve zodiac signs, constellations and nebulae in pink, blue and gold. Both are covered by Educa's lost pieces service. You'll find them in the 3000 to 9000-piece puzzles collection.
